What You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you'll be instrumental in driving growth and retention at arenaflex. Your day will consist of:

  • Improving new customer onboarding, activating upsell/cross-sell opportunities across teams, and executing on customer retention initiatives
  • Developing and executing customer marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue
  • Creating and managing customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey
  • Developing and executing email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results and ROI
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and analytics to drive continuous optimizations and best-in-class customer experience across all lifecycle programs and activations
  • Building and maintaining a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy
  • Developing and maintaining a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
  • Managing and coaching a team of 2 associates

What We Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in people management
  • B2B SaaS experience required
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
  • Excellent communications skills across all mediums, and all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience with SMS and/or WhatsApp a plus
  • Experience with Pendo or Candu a plus
