Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Broker Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to broker support inquiries and maintaining relationships with professional ticket brokers. This is a full-time position that requires you to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for live events and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to broker support inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain relationships with professional ticket brokers, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and broker relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Must be located in Tennessee, Texas, or Oregon

  • Minimum of 1+ years of customer service, sales, or client relations experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Highly skilled at multitasking
  • Live event ticketing software knowledge preferred
  • Proficient using: Zendesk (or similar software); G-Suite Excel
