Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, although we're open to training the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with sales processes is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
