Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Source content ideas to submit to our Content Team on a weekly basis, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail. - Complete end-to-end member requests, ensuring that every customer need is met and exceeded. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer expectations. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the dining, experiences, travel, or luxury goods industries. - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms. - Certification in customer service or a related field. - Bilingual or multilingual skills.
