Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Highlights

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn $17/hour for English-speaking only candidates or $18/hour for bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole)
  • Flexible Schedule: Work a 40-hour week schedule with availability to work shifts between 7am-11pm EST, including weekends and holidays
  • Comprehensive Training: Participate in 10 days of initial training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
  • Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace to perform job duties
  • Benefits: Eligible for major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay (for temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer)

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results
  • Working independently in a remote setting and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • A reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated workspace
  • Availability to work shifts between 7am-11pm EST, including weekends and holidays
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug test
