Job Description

As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in promoting our products to direct consumers through webchat and phone interactions. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating webchat interactions, acting on leads, and presenting arenaflex products to meet customer needs and exceed revenue goals.

  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and making travel recommendations.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends and promote arenaflex products.
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and department-approved mass email campaigns to ensure accurate information is communicated to direct consumers.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with direct guests and internal teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven.
