Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 80% outbound and 20% inbound. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. Location and Work Hours:
To be eligible for this role, you must be located in one of the following states: AL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WI. As a part-time representative, you'll work flexible shifts between 9 AM and 3 PM PST, with a guaranteed 20 hours of work per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate of $13.50

Position Requirements:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
* Experience with computer, typing, and navigating the internet
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
* Windows 10/11 operating system (Chromebooks, HP Streams, and Macs are not compatible)
* 8Gb of RAM
* 250 GB Hard Disk Space
* Wired USB Headset with inline mute switch
* Laptop or desktop that is no more than 2 years old
* Monitor and cables (if using a desktop)
* Ethernet cable to connect to router (Wi-Fi will not be allowed)
Additional Requirements:
* 1 year of sales experience (required)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to meet productivity and performance standards
