What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, store staff, and logistics teams to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring store performance in real-time and proactively adjusting schedules to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Using dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders, logistics, and customer interactions efficiently
  • Documenting store operations, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Dispatcher who possesses:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under pressure
  • Familiarity with dispatching systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Work Environment
