What You'll Do

As a Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
  • Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintaining open communication with managers for feedback and guidance
  • Keeping accurate customer notes on a standard keyboard
  • Participating in virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and stay up-to-date on company news and incentives
